I have no control over your shipment once it has left my hands and I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged plants in transit. Seller is not responsible if package is sent to the wrong address.
Please unwrap and remove your plants from the box right away. Make sure to read the care instructions. After 24 hours of receiving them, there are no refunds. Shipping costs are not refundable.
