New for 2026! These gorgeous one-of-a-kind hand-poured concrete planters are made for us by one of our favorite local potters, Sunny Way Products. These hearts are 6" wide and come in a variety of earth tone colors: pinks, neutrals, and white/ivory. Available in two arrangement styles: Petite (three plants) or Lush (five plants), choose style and cactus or succulents at checkout.
